Principally there are 2 kind of collection service :

1) Out of Court Collection

The aim of this service is to collect the debt / credit from the debtor without involving law enforcement institution such us court or police. We have a proven practical strategy and skill to encourage, push or force the debtor pay its debt / credit to the clients. This service is consist of several actions including :

The Debt / Credit

The debt / credit is determined as an obligation (which could be value into a sum of money) of a debtor which have been overdue but have not yet fully paid or performed to the creditor. We are able to collect any kind of debt / credit which include ;

The Fee Arrangement

As in line with our vision to help companies to maintain the cash flow and the growing of the business by eliminating the bad debt / credit, we provide a VERY FLEXIBLE AND ADJUSTABLE fee arrangement to meet the budget and the need of the company. We ensure that our fee arrangement is the most competitive fee on the excellent service standard.

We provide 3 kinds of fee arrangement:

1) Retainer Basis

The retainer arrangement provides the most competitive fee for commercial credit collection service. This arrangement is very suitable for a company who has a bad receivable issue in daily business activity such as manufacturer, distributor, banking and finance company. There are 2 (two) kinds of fees we propose in this arrangement, which are :

  • Retainer Fee

The retainer fee is the professional fee paid each month to maintain our credit collection service to the company. Retainer fee will cover unlimited credit collection case and unlimited coverage area within the Retainer Period.

  • Success Fee

The success fee is always calculated based on the collected credit or account receivable. The company shall not paid any success fee should there is no amount collected by us. The percentage of success fee is determined from the maturity age of credit / account receivable, which start from 2,5% until 10%.
